Lesley MacKay
Lesley MacKay is an experienced coach and mentor who has been applying her skills in various businesses since her first management role in 1989. She spent 10 years working for IBM UK in management, consultancy and sales before becoming an independent coach and trainer in 1992, a decision driven by life-work balance.
Lesley is NLP-trained and uses a kitbag of techniques in coaching senior managers and executives across many industries. She has particular experience in businesses with a technical focus where the emphasis is on developing communication skills. She has clients who have worked with her for over ten years and she has supported them in a number of senior positions and in developing their careers.
She describes her style as professional pragmatism with a sense of humour. She focuses on the positive and on future outcomes and draws on a wide experience of working across many different cultures. She spent two years working in the Caribbean and is also fluent in French and German. All assignments reflect the business necessity for change and are keenly measured and monitored to ensure clients get value for money.
A question asked by so many leaders today is how you communicate with the younger generation. With two sons in their 20s at early stages of their careers, she has a wide range of life experience to draw on.

Robert Smith is a catalyst for change and is an internationally renowned leadership development consultant, psychotherapist and resilience coach. Robert specialises in using the most powerful developmental psychologies to enable people to realise their individual potential.
Robert is a Master Trainer of Neurolinguistics, Director of Change for Treacle Academy UK and Professor of Coaching and Counselling for the Refuah Institute in Jerusalem. He has been awarded three honorary doctorates and to date has taught people from over 100 different countries.

Robert spent several years working in Turkey, where he trained across the Middle East and designed and produced blended learning programmes combining classroom with online and video delivery. He is now based in the Scottish Borders.
